We were so impressed with the whole Buildmart team, from the competence of our salesperson, to the owner who came out and ensured the initial measurements were accurate, to the scheduler who came out to clarify how to clear snow for easier installation, to the quality of the installers. Anton and his team of experts did an amazing job of installing our windows in very cold January weather. They also showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Post-installation, we are very happy with the increased warmth we feel and how much quieter the rooms are. Great value for the price we paid!

I had an issue with a stage window not installed by them. But by a company from Toronto, and when I called as confusing as it was to explain the situation, they were more than happy to help. I didn't end up using them i got it sorted by the company, but the experience and their willingness to do it is worthy of a five star review.

Last summer I replaced six windows with Buildmart Windows & Doors. I waited to see what the difference would be. The new windows are much quieter. I can barely hear the street noise anymore. There is no condensation on the windows. The rooms are much warmer. The team. Ksenia, WOW!!! She is a magician and a 100% professional who knows what she is selling. 100% accurate information. Beautiful, great quality, safe door with 3 dead bolts matched perfectly to color preference. Love the design of the door, and the lever latch is very sturdy. Excellent installation job, with even a peep hole. Buildmart employees very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and use again.

Summer of 2025, I started shopping for 6 new front windows and a new front door. I got quotes from many different companies in the Ottawa area. Buildmart was one of the only that provided a warranty on the product and the work! There quote was a fair price and delivery and installation date were great. The window brand they use is Stage, which is a well know brand. Installation was professional and friendly. Very happy with our triple glass stage Windows, and new front door. Room temperature has improved and sound insulation too. I would highly recommend them.

An amazing experience from front to back. From the estimate to install, everything was five stars. They were very cost effective (we had 6 companies give quotes) and offer a beautiful, energy star certified product. The install team was polite, very clean and efficient. We had 14 new windows installed over a 3 day period. We were impressed by Anton and his crew’s expert carpentry. Our neighbours were also so impressed, they did their cottage as well. Hire Buildmart for a client of mine. They supplied and installed the front porch enclosure beautifully and in one day.

Very pleased with the product and service received. Provide a very competitive quote within a day or so of us contacting them, windows arrived shortly there after and were promptly installed in short order. Others stated it wouldnt be until spring to get to us. Installers were courteous, layed out drop sheets to keep house clean, finished trim work expertly. We would definitely recommend.

We had living room bay window replaced in October following an early August quote and a remeasure visit from a specialist. Installation was delayed by our vacation plans. Through the process we always got quick response to questions or concerns. The actual installation was performed by two skilled tradesmen. They took care to cover carpets and vacuum areas which could have been impacted by the installation. The whole process was done in a morning. Old window debris was removed and the site left spotless. I'd have no issue dealing with Buildmart again. It was a pleasure working with them from start to final payment.

Overall great experience working with Buildmart. From Jordan who helped walk us through the process at the beginning (didn't feel like a pushy salesman and helped us make modifications to the quotes as much as we wanted), to the guy who came to do the final measurements (was in and out super quick), to Sasha and Yuri who did a fantastic job installing the windows (so much attention to detail: everything was well-insulated, expert craftsmanship on our new bay window, cleaning up the space afterwards). Everything was smooth overall, no complaints, will use them again when we need to do our basement windows and front door.

After reviewing a number of offers to have all the windows and doors replaced, we decided go with BuildMart. The staff took the time to meet personally with my wife and I to review different style of windows we could choose from slider, top hug, side hug ... patio door... etc to ensure we achieved the look and feel we were looking. When I say they meet with they came to the house to perform the measurement and then we meet with them in their showroom. The installation staff were exceptional and took the time to answer any questions we had. They performed a walk around the house to validate everything was done to the quality they promised. We had the work done in early fall, but already notice a significant difference in the warmth of our house as we move into the winter time frame having gone with the triple pane windows. The overall experience and qualify in the end exceeded our expectation.

Buildmart and their install team just finished replacing another 3 windows in our house. We have had a door and now a total of 5 windows replaced. Two windows have been large. Buildmart came to replace two old windows. They worked within my price point which was so appreciated. They ‘front of house’ staff are easy to reach, knowledgeable and helpful. I never waited to hear back from anyone. They showed up on time to do the initial examination, the measurements and the actual job. The team of 2 who came do replace the windows were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. They came and went and left no evidence (i.e garbage of any kind) behind. That’s a big deal these days when we are restricted on amount of garbage. But not even a slip of paper was left behind. So often the home-owner has to clean something up. I will use Buildmart going forward and highly recommend them.

Buildmart came out and measured My windows and gave me lots of options and came back with suggestions. They were reasonably priced and extremely Efficient. The install was a joy. I’m really liking the iron ore colour against the brick. I would recommend them anytime. They’ve answered all of my questions and were very good about getting back to me in a timely manner. Responsive and clear customer service. I needed a small adjustment to my door post install, and it was a pleasant process to have that addressed. Every time I have needed something the interaction is helpful, and Jordan has gone above and beyond to provide services. I will definitely be working with Buildmart again on my next project. We replaced the large windows in our house. We got quotes from 5 companies, and Buildmart's price was as competitive as any. We selected them not on price alone (several other companies were in the same ballpark) but because their sales approach was the most professional and knowledgeable, and they made sure we understood exactly what we would be getting. They explained details and features that their competitors did not have or seemed to us to be superior. The windows arrived exactly when BM said they would, and on the day of installation the operation was seamless and clean. Everyone we dealt with - sales, manager, installers - was pleasant and easy-going. The day after installation, while washing the outside of one of the windows, I accidentally put a thumb on the caulking surround and made a dent in it (NB: the caulking doesn't fully dry for 6 weeks!); I called BM, and they were there the next day to fix my mistake. We are 100% satisfied and will go back to Buildmart again without hesitation.

Buildmart had a team who's work was meticulous. I would highly recommend them. They were also cheaper than other quotes I received for the exact same product. They just did not replace the bay window with a new triple pane, triple glazed window. They built from scratch all the trim inside (which took a while, but perfectly matched what was there before. On the outside, under the window, it used to be wood with chunks out of it and really looked bad. Buildmart's team put metal cladding on the bottom and again trimmed it out with metal. What a difference!!!!! The photo with the large pane in the middle is the old window which did nothing for keeping the heat or cold out.
